Introduction & Acceptance

Account Verification

f4999 reserves the right to verify the identity of all users to ensure the security and integrity of its platform. At any stage, particularly during withdrawals, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• A selfie photo of the user.

If verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, f4999 reserves the right to keep the withdrawal process on hold. Submitting false or forged documents will result in immediate account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at f4999:

• Nagad — The mobile financial service operated by the Postal Department.
• Rocket — The mobile payment service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Bank Transfer — Such as through Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, or BRAC Bank.

You may only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and such deposits will not be refunded.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for deposits. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 10 to 45 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• In case of suspicious transactions, f4999 may temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account at f4999, a 120% welcome bonus is given on the first deposit. The maximum amount of this bonus is ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be claimed only once.
• A bonus is activated only when the minimum deposit requirement is met.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain games according to the applicable rules.
• If manipulation or misuse of any bonus terms is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• f4999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f4999 shall not be liable for damages arising from the following:

• Internet connection disruptions or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorized use of your credentials or password.
• Damage caused by malware or cyberattacks on your device.
• Expected profits from gaming not being realized.
• Any circumstances beyond f4999's control (force majeure).

In any circumstances, f4999's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the actual amount you deposited in the transaction concerned.

Service Suspension & Account Closure

12.1 Account Closure by f4999

f4999 may close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• For regulatory or legal reasons.

12.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, bonuses whose conditions have not been met will be forfeited.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between f4999 and its users will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If you have a complaint, please inform our support team in detail — we will review the matter as soon as possible.

If a resolution is not reached through internal discussion, both parties will agree to seek resolution through neutral mediation. Should discussion and mediation fail, any dispute will be settled through the relevant legal authority.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

f4999 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, users will be notified in advance via email or through the platform.

If you continue using the platform after the updated Terms and Conditions have been published, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, stop using the platform and notify our support team.
